About the event
This open-level, alignment-based flow concludes with a 15m Reiki-infused rest. Our Soulful flow merges mindfulness, movement, and conscious breathing to deepen the student's connection to their mind, body, and soul; with the added benefit of Reiki, a Japanese energy healing system that releases stress, settles the nervous system, and helps the body heal physically, mentally and emotionally. All levels welcome.
